About the Owner

Owners Virginia and Fred Pappa with son, Matt.

Fred and Virginia Pappa are the owners and operators of Upstate Total Basement Finishing. Fred has over 30 years of experience working in different roles in the home improvement industry, including many years spent as a carpenter. Virginia has over 25 years of experience in all aspect of office management, including accounting, payroll, and inventory.

Together, Fred and Virginia make a great team and pride themselves on providing outstanding quality and service to their Upstate TBF customers. They enjoy the opportunity they have to work with new people and give them their dream finished basement.

When they're not working, Fred and Virginia love spending time with their family, particularly watching their son Matt race cars.
